The “Who Gives a Buck?” Challenge is the signature KCA fundraiser,
where students carry or place Chinese food boxes all over campus,
asking people to “give a buck” about the AIDS pandemic! Click here
to get the Manual.

Goal: Raise $180,000 to support Keep a Child Alive clinics
and orphan care centers, where children and families receive free,
lifesaving AIDS treatment and care.
Strategy:Engage students at KCA Chapters worldwide to each
fill their “Who Gives a Buck?” Box with at least $100 in donations.
Donations are gathered by asking the simple question, “Do you give
a buck about HIV/AIDS?”
Timeline: “Who Gives a Buck?” 2009 will run from March 30 –
May 2. Participating Chapters have the month of April to raise the
funds, and at any point during the Challenge must host at least one
“Roadblock”, where students hit the busiest street-corners on
campus for 24 hours, to ask every passerby to “Give a Buck about
AIDS!”

KCA is sending FREE materials to 30 Chapters who are pioneering
the Campaign. If your Chapter is not among this 30, please still
participate! The only cost your incur is $4.73 for ordering the
Chinese food boxes: http://tinyurl.com/cduegl
